Sarah Hamilton

Sarah Hamilton is a people leader with more than two decades of HR and compliance experience. She believes work should be human, supportive, safe, and worth showing up for (preferably with a Dunkin' in hand). Before joining EasyLlama, Sarah spent more than 12 years at Workhuman, where she rose to Vice President of Global Human Experience. There she led people strategy at scale and championed cultures of recognition and belonging. She's also the voice behind OpenDoor HR, a newsletter that reimagines HR and compliance as something good for people, not just organizations. Sarah joined EasyLlama because she saw it as more than "just a compliance company." Having lived the HR job herself, she helps shape compliance and workplace training that solves problems she's actually faced. For Sarah, being a people leader means building trust, psychological safety, and a compliant workplace where people can do their best work.
