As training programs grow across teams and regions, admins need tools that reduce manual work without adding complexity.

This month’s updates focused on helping organizations deliver training more effectively across multilingual workforces while reducing manual assignment work for admins.

Deliver phishing simulations in every language your workforce speaks

Security awareness training only works if employees can understand and engage with it.

For organizations supporting multilingual teams, phishing simulations can be difficult to scale. Admins may have to recreate campaigns in different languages, duplicate content across regions, or limit simulations to only part of the workforce.

In April, we expanded AI Translations into Phishing Simulator, making it easier to deliver multilingual security awareness training across your workforce by enabling admins to translate phishing email templates and training landing pages into 13 languages.

That means organizations can run more consistent phishing simulations across global teams without manually recreating campaigns for every language or region.

Translations help ensure employees receive phishing and security awareness content in a language they can fully understand, improving accessibility and helping reinforce safer behavior more effectively.

These updates build on the broader AI Translations capabilities already available across the EasyLlama Course Library and custom LMS courses.

Smarter training assignments as teams and roles change

Required training is not always one-size-fits-all. Requirements can vary by state, role, supervisor status, and employee data.

That’s why our recent Harassment Prevention update is not just about adding more courses, it’s about making sure the right training reaches the right people at the right time.

Updated Harassment Prevention Training course

Harassment Prevention: CA Supervisor, Professional Services (1-Hour Supplement) is a new variation of Harassment Prevention training for California organizations.

This course is designed for newly promoted supervisors in California who already completed the employee version of Harassment Prevention training within the last 12 months.

Instead of requiring those employees to repeat the full two-hour supervisor course, organizations can now assign a one-hour supplemental course focused specifically on the additional supervisor requirements.

Automatically assign California supervisor training

This update also includes Smart Assign functionality that can be enabled for organizations using the course.

Once enabled, employees whose status changes from employee to supervisor will automatically be assigned the supplemental training if they completed the employee course within the previous 12 months.

The result is a more streamlined training experience for employees, less manual tracking for admins, and more confidence that supervisor training requirements stay aligned automatically as teams evolve.
