April 2026 Product Update: More Visibility, Better Reporting, and New Course Content

Welcome back to our monthly product update š
Each month, we'll share what's new inside EasyLlama, with a focus on the updates that help you stay compliant, reduce risk, and deliver training that actually works.
If you manage compliance or workplace training, you know the hardest part usually isn't assigning training. It's understanding what's actually happening after you assign it.
Who's overdue. Who completed training. What changed. What needs follow-up before it becomes a bigger issue.
This month's updates focus on giving admins clearer visibility into their training programs and continuing to expand security awareness and AI training content to address emerging workplace risks.
Here's what's new š
Know what's happening without digging through reports
As training programs grow, it becomes harder to keep track of what's changing, who needs follow-up, and where issues might be building. Admins often end up pulling reports, answering manager questions, and trying to piece together information from different places just to understand what's going on.
This month, we released several product enhancements designed to make training programs easier to understand and easier to manage.
See admin activity more clearly
When multiple admins manage training, changes happen all the time. Users are updated, training is edited, assignments change. But without clear records, it can be difficult to understand what changed and who made the change.
We enhanced the Admin Activity Report in Report Builder to include more detailed information about admin actions. You can now see what was changed, who performed the action, what the action affected, and when it happened.
This makes it easier to audit activity, troubleshoot issues, and maintain clear records of platform changes.
Get clearer insight into Knowledge Check responses
Knowledge checks help reinforce learning, but reporting on responses wasn't always easy to interpret. Previously, responses were tied to fields within a slide, which made it difficult to identify which question the response belonged to.
We updated the Knowledge Check Answers Report in Report Builder to include the slide title, so you can quickly see which question each response came from.
This gives admins better context when reviewing responses and makes it easier to identify knowledge gaps and improve training over time.
Keep managers informed without extra admin work
Following up on overdue training often turns into a manual process. Admins pull reports, email managers, and send reminders just to keep training on track.
We added a weekly manager email notification that admins can enable directly in the platform. Managers receive a weekly summary of their direct reports' training status, including overdue training and recently completed training.
This helps managers stay informed and follow up with their teams, while reducing manual follow-up work for admins.
You can learn more about how this works here: How to Manage Weekly Manager Overdue Training Report Notifications.
Simplified document editing for Admins
Managing policies and documents should be straightforward, but the document editing process previously involved multiple steps and it wasn't always clear when changes were saved.
We simplified the Document Manager editing experience by consolidating all settings into a single edit window with one final save action.
This makes document management more intuitive and reduces the risk of unsaved changes.
Train employees on the risks they're actually facing right now
Workplace risks are changing quickly. Employees are using AI tools, encountering new types of phishing scams, and handling sensitive information across more systems and devices than ever before.
Training is most effective when it reflects the risks employees actually face in their day-to-day work. That's why this month we added new courses to both our Security Awareness Course Collection and our AI Course Collection.
New Security Awareness Training courses
QR Code Scams helps employees recognize malicious QR codes, understand how QR-based phishing works, and avoid scanning codes that could lead to credential theft or malware.
AI Security Tools Overview introduces employees to the different types of AI security tools organizations use to protect systems and data, helping them understand how AI systems are monitored, tested, and secured.
These additions build on our broader Security Awareness Training platform, which combines engaging course content with phishing simulations to reinforce safer behavior over time.
New AI training courses
How to Write Secure AI Prompts teaches employees how to use AI tools safely by avoiding sensitive data exposure, understanding how AI tools store and use information, and using simple checks before submitting prompts.
AI Productivity Tools Overview introduces employees to common AI tools used for writing, meetings, research, scheduling, and automation, helping them understand how these tools work and how to use them responsibly in the workplace.
Together, these courses help organizations set clear expectations for how AI should be used at work and reduce the risk of employees accidentally sharing sensitive information or relying on AI incorrectly.

What's next
Workplace training isn't getting simpler. Requirements are changing. Security threats are evolving. AI is changing how employees work. And teams are being asked to manage all of it with less time and fewer resources.
So whether you're translating training for a global workforce, customizing courses to reflect your policies, tracking progress across different teams, or preparing employees for new security and AI risks, everything should work together in one place.
That's what we're continuing to build toward.
