March 2026 Product Update: More Control, More Clarity, and Smarter Training With AI

Welcome back to our monthly product update 👋
Each month, we’ll share what’s new inside EasyLlama, with a focus on the updates that help you stay compliant, reduce risk, and deliver training that actually works.
In February, we rolled out updates focused on control and customization.
Because if we’ve heard one thing consistently from HR, Compliance, Legal, and L&D teams, it’s this:
You don’t just want training, you want training that fits your organization.
Here’s what’s new 👇
Compliance, customized and centralized
Managing compliance shouldn’t mean stitching together multiple systems.
EasyLlama brings compliance and security awareness training into one platform, so you can create, customize, assign, reinforce, and report without jumping between tools.
At the core of that experience is a modern LMS with a built-in AI Course Authoring Tool.
That foundation gives you more than a place to assign required training. It gives you the flexibility to shape it around your organization as your needs evolve.
Deliver training in every language your workforce speaks
Compliance only works if people understand it. And for many organizations, that means supporting multiple languages across teams, regions, and roles.
In February, we expanded AI Translations so they now work across both the EasyLlama Course Library and custom courses built inside the LMS. And they’re included at no additional cost.
Whether you’re assigning a ready-made course or building something specific to your policies and processes, you can translate it into 30+ supported languages instantly. Translations include on-screen text, subtitles, and narration. When the English version updates, translated versions stay aligned automatically.
For teams supporting multilingual workforces, this removes a significant layer of complexity. There’s no need to duplicate courses for each region or manage separate versions across systems. Everything stays centralized and connected.
We also built in the controls teams expect. You can review translations side by side with the original content before publishing, preview courses before assigning them, select languages by course or campaign, and add optional human verification for regulated or higher-risk content when needed.
The outcome is straightforward. Training becomes easier to scale. Compliance standards stay consistent across regions. And employees receive required training in a language they can fully understand, which ultimately makes it more likely to stick.

Customize required training without starting from scratch
Accessibility matters. But relevance matters just as much.
Out-of-the-box training can fall short when policies vary by location, roles differ across departments, or regulations require organization-specific details. Employees need to know what applies to them, and admins need confidence that training reflects real procedures, not generic examples.
In February, we also launched Course Customization for Harassment Prevention to help close that gap.
Admins can start from an EasyLlama course built to meet regulatory standards and tailor it to reflect their own policies, procedures, locations, and expectations. That might mean aligning reporting steps with your actual process, incorporating internal language, or adjusting scenarios so they mirror real situations your teams face.
Because customization happens inside the LMS using our built-in AI Course Authoring Tool, courses remain fully assignable, trackable, and editable over time. If requirements change or policies evolve, updates can be made without rebuilding or disrupting your program.
Most importantly, customization does not compromise compliance integrity. Required content remains clearly identified, and time requirements for mandated courses can still be enforced. The structure protects what must stay intact while giving you flexibility where it matters.
For teams managing multiple regions or navigating recurring regulatory updates, this removes manual work and unnecessary duplication. Training stays aligned with how your organization actually operates.
The result is training that feels accurate, credible, and connected to real expectations. And that connection makes it far more likely to be understood and acted on.

See your compliance and risk data more clearly
Creating and customizing training is one part of the equation. Understanding how it’s performing is another.
When training data lives across dashboards, exports, and spreadsheets, visibility breaks down. Admins are left trying to confirm whether required training is complete, identify gaps before an audit, and explain risk status to leadership using static snapshots.
That kind of reporting creates reactive compliance management. Follow-up happens late. Risk can go unnoticed. And preparing for leadership conversations takes more effort than it should.
Last month, we also expanded EasyLlama Insights & Reporting with more customizable dashboards designed to replace fragmented reporting with a single, real-time view of your programs.
Instead of working from rigid reports, you can configure dashboards to reflect how your organization actually operates. You might focus on a specific department, monitor higher-risk groups, track completion across regions, or surface overdue learners before they become larger issues.
As training activity happens across the platform, reporting updates automatically. And when something requires attention, you can act directly from the same place without exporting data or switching tools.
The goal is not more reports. It’s clearer visibility and faster action.
As training becomes more accessible and more tailored to your organization, reporting keeps pace. You can see what’s complete, where risk is trending, and what needs follow-up, all inside the same platform.
That’s what control really looks like.

Strengthen security awareness around emerging risks
Control and visibility matter. But at the end of the day, training still has to address real risks.
As part of our Security Awareness Course Collection, we added four new courses, each focused on risks teams are navigating right now.
New Security Awareness Training courses
AI Hallucinations and Misinformation Risks helps employees recognize unreliable AI outputs and verify information before acting on it. As AI tools become more common in day-to-day work, understanding their limits is critical.
Secure File Sharing & Collaboration Tools covers safe document sharing practices across common collaboration platforms, reducing the risk of accidental data exposure.
Personal Device Safety addresses the realities of remote and hybrid work, where personal devices often access sensitive systems.
Insider Threat Awareness focuses on recognizing and responding to internal risks before they escalate, whether intentional or accidental.
These additions build on our broader Security Awareness Training platform, which combines engaging course content with phishing simulations to reinforce safer behavior over time.

What's next
February’s updates weren’t about adding isolated features. They were about strengthening the system as a whole.
Training that can be translated instantly. Courses that can be customized responsibly. Reporting that reflects how your organization operates. Security content that addresses real, evolving threats.
All connected. All centralized. All designed to give you more control. We’ll continue building in this direction throughout the year.
