This month’s updates focused on helping organizations reduce manual admin work, improve visibility into compliance data, and modernize the overall platform experience.

Product updates that simplify compliance management

As training programs scale, even small inefficiencies can create additional administrative burden over time.

This month’s product updates focused on making it easier for admins to automate training workflows, access reporting insights faster, and navigate the platform more efficiently.

EasyLlama AI: Reporting Assistant is now live

Tracking compliance data manually can slow teams down and make it harder to identify potential risks before they become problems.

EasyLlama AI: Reporting Assistant is a conversational reporting experience designed to help admins access learner insights faster and simplify compliance management workflows.

Admins can now ask questions about their organization’s training data in plain language and receive immediate answers without manually building reports or filtering through dashboards.

Example prompts include:

• Who has not completed their required training?
• What recertifications are upcoming in the next 3 months?
• Which teams have the lowest completion rates?
• What training is overdue right now?

Admins can also build reports simply by having a conversation with EasyLlama AI, helping reduce the manual reporting processes that often slow compliance teams down.

Smarter automations with Group-based conditions

As organizations grow, training requirements become more nuanced. Admins often need to assign training based on combinations of employee attributes, reporting structures, locations, or operational teams.

Admins can now use Groups as a condition when building automation workflows inside EasyLlama, making it easier to automate training assignments for more targeted audiences.

When configuring an automation rule, admins can select one or more Groups alongside existing conditions like Department, Location, or Role.

EasyLlama automatically supports both:

• Static groups with manually assigned learners
• Dynamic groups based on filter criteria like location, role, or manager status

This update gives admins more flexibility when automating assignments and helps reduce the manual work required to keep training aligned as teams, responsibilities, and organizational structures evolve.

Updated Learners page experience

Managing learner data should feel fast and intuitive, especially as organizations grow.

The Learners page in the Admin dashboard now includes a redesigned filtering and management experience that makes it easier to quickly surface learner information, navigate large datasets, and manage training workflows more efficiently.

Updates include:

• Redesigned inline filters
• Improved button placement and page organization
• More streamlined table interactions
• Better alignment with modern SaaS navigation patterns

These updates help admins spend less time navigating the platform and more time managing training and compliance initiatives effectively.

Redesigned navigation experience

The redesigned EasyLlama navigation is now live and introduces a more modern experience for both admins and learners.

Historically, some areas of the platform relied on nested drawers, hover states, and navigation patterns that limited usable screen space and made workflows more difficult to manage.

The updated navigation experience now includes:

• Expandable and collapsible navigation
• Tabs across key workflows like Learners and Learning Journeys
• Hover-enabled navigation in collapsed mode
• More usable screen space for reporting and insights

The result is a cleaner, more intuitive platform experience designed to make everyday workflows easier to manage.

New training content now available

We also expanded the EasyLlama Course Library with new compliance, safety, and reporting-related training content.

New York SHIELD Act, Data Security teaches employees how the New York SHIELD Act impacts data security responsibilities, including protecting private information, reducing security risks, and supporting compliance requirements.

Workplace Safety

Ladder Safety Basics | CA Injury & Illness Prevention Program teaches employees how to safely use ladders in the workplace by identifying common hazards, following safe climbing practices, and helping reduce fall-related injuries.

PPE Basics | CA Injury & Illness Prevention Program teaches employees how to properly select, use, and maintain personal protective equipment to help reduce workplace injuries and support safer jobsite practices.
