Welcome to the first edition of our new monthly product update blog post đź‘‹

We’re kicking things off with a look back at 2025, a year focused on closing gaps in compliance and training. And oh, were there gaps. Gaps between tools, gaps between required training and real behavior, and gaps between launching content and proving it actually works. Throughout the year, HR, compliance and training teams told us the same thing. They’re being asked to do more with less.

Training is getting harder to manage. Requirements keep growing, timelines are tighter, and there is very little room for error when it comes to compliance. Admins are expected to launch training quickly, keep it current across regions, and prove it worked, often while juggling multiple tools that do not work well together.

We launched a new product that expanded EasyLlama beyond compliance only training into a modern LMS built for real world admin needs. This gives you more control over your compliance and security training and more flexibility as requirements change.

At the center is our AI Course Authoring Tool, built directly into the platform. In just a few minutes, admins can create full courses from a single prompt, edit content after publishing, and keep training up to date without relying on outside vendors or starting from scratch.

For many teams, managing required training means juggling an LMS, external content vendors, spreadsheets, and manual follow-ups. Updating content is slow, ownership is unclear, and proving compliance takes more effort than it should.

In November we launched a Security Awareness Training platform, our newest product focused on one of the biggest risks organizations face today. With this solution, we’re bringing together an AI powered phishing simulator and a collection of engaging cybersecurity courses. New training on using AI responsibly

In response, we launched the AI Course Collection, a bundled set of ready-made courses designed to teach employees how to use AI in the workplace.

Reach every learner with AI-powered translations

Compliance does not stop at language barriers and engaging training has to be accessible.

EasyLlama offers free AI translations for ready-made courses so you can deliver training in the languages your workforce actually speaks. Translations include on-screen text, subtitles, and narration, and are delivered directly in the platform.
