January 2026 Product Update: A Year of Customizable Training, Stronger Compliance and Risk Readiness

We’re kicking things off with a look back at 2025, a year focused on closing gaps in compliance and training. And oh, were there gaps. Gaps between tools, gaps between required training and real behavior, and gaps between launching content and proving it actually works. Throughout the year, HR, compliance and training teams told us the same thing. They’re being asked to do more with less.
