IIPP Training That Builds Your Compliance Foundation

California requires covered employers to maintain an Injury and Illness Prevention Program, and it only works if employees and supervisors know how to recognize and report hazards. This course covers the foundations and is designed to be paired with additional Workplace Safety courses to build a complete training program for your organization.

This course is built for any employee or supervisor at a California workplace covered by Cal/OSHA's IIPP requirements, applying broadly across industries, not just high-hazard environments. There's no fixed retraining schedule required, but many organizations align refreshers with their annual safety program review.

This course covers the required elements of California's Injury and Illness Prevention Program, including hazard recognition, reporting, and correction, but IIPP compliance depends on your organization's specific written program.
