Upcoming Pricing Changes and What It Means for You

On June 1, 2026, EasyLlama will be updating our pricing. We’re sharing this now so you have time to review your plan, talk with your team, and make the best decision for your organization.

The short version: If your current plan is working for you, nothing changes. Your pricing will stay the same, as long as you remain active on your existing plan.

Pricing changes coming June 1, 2026

Over the past year, EasyLlama has grown from a compliance training provider into a broader platform covering compliance training, security awareness training, and an LMS with AI course authoring — all in one place. Our updated pricing better reflects that value.

Here's what's changing:

• The Single plan price will increase by approximately 25%
• The Unlimited plan price will increase by approximately 20%
• The Flex plan will no longer be available for new purchases after June 1

Between now and June 1, existing and new customers can lock in current pricing before the increase takes effect.

Limited-time incentive before June 1
Anyone who purchases Unlimited before June 1 will also receive Security Awareness Training and phishing simulations included at no additional cost, representing a savings of 28%.

What to do next
If you plan to stay on your current plan, you don't need to do anything. If your training needs are likely to grow — across more compliance topics, security awareness, or internal training — now is the best time to upgrade and lock in legacy pricing before June 1.

When do the new pricing changes take effect?
June 1, 2026.

Do I need to make any changes to my current plan?
No. If you stay on your current EasyLlama plan, you do not need to do anything. Your pricing will not change on June 1, 2026, and you will keep your legacy pricing as long as you remain on that plan.

What pricing changes are being made?
Beginning June 1, 2026, pricing will increase by 25% for the Single plan and 20% for the Unlimited plan. Flex will no longer be available to purchase after June 1, 2026. Customers currently on Flex can remain on their Flex plan and keep their legacy pricing.

What happens if I upgrade before June 1, 2026?
If you upgrade before June 1, 2026, you will move into that new plan under legacy pricing. That means the pricing available today will be locked in for that plan, and you will keep that pricing as long as you remain on that plan. Customers who move to the Unlimited plan before June 1 will also receive Security Awareness Training included as part of their package.

If I upgrade now, does legacy pricing still apply if my team grows?
Yes. Legacy pricing stays in place for your plan even if your employee count changes over time. As your organization grows and you add more employees, your pricing will continue to follow your legacy plan pricing.

What does legacy pricing actually apply to?
Legacy pricing applies to the plan you are on and allows your employee count to grow under that same pricing structure. However, if you decide to change plans after June 1, 2026, that change would move you to the new pricing at that time.

What happens if I upgrade or change plans after June 1, 2026?
If you upgrade, change plans, or move to a different plan after June 1, 2026, you will be moved to the new pricing available at that time.

Will this affect my current contract?
No. If you have a current contract in place, your existing agreement, pricing, and plan will not be affected for the duration of your contract.
