EasyLlama to Release New Training Courses to Improve Workplace Ethics and Leadership

June 8, 2023, Covina, CA – EasyLlama is kicking off the second half of 2023 with a range of new courses that will appeal to employers improving workplace safety, DE&I efforts, harassment prevention, and employee relationships across organizations.

Conflicts of Interest is a course in our Ethical Practices suite addressing situations where an individual or entity has competing interests that could potentially compromise their ability to act in the best interest of another party or organization.

Our new course on the Clery Act will address the federal law that requires colleges and universities in the United States to disclose information about crime on and around their campuses. This includes reporting on crime statistics, providing safety and security information, and issuing timely warnings to the campus community about crimes that pose an ongoing threat.

We’ll also take on course topics addressing advanced leadership skills, customer service, allyship in the workplace, soft skills for success, and mental health & well-being. Two of our biggest courses will also be updated in Q3: Diversity & Inclusion and Harassment Prevention.
