If I have employees in different locations, can I assign them different modules?
Of course, you can add multiple locations in the dashboard and assign different trainings for each location. For example, you can have one location in California with specific training for it and another location in New York.
As an Administrator, can I access all of the certificates of completion ?
Yes, you will have the opportunity to download all certificates in one click.
I have a list of all our employees in an Excel sheet, can I send it to you?
Our support team would be happy to import your list of employees in your EasyLlama account, simply send us an email and we will take care of it within 24 hours. The list needs to include the full name, email address, their role (employee or supervisor) as well as their location (optional).
My organization doesn’t have a LMS (Learning Management System), will EasyLlama work for me?
Absolutely. Our powerful and easy-to-use LMS is included for free. The LMS allows you to schedule, monitor, and report on your training in real-time. And it comes with the full support and backing of our support team.
How quickly can I get set up?
This will mostly depend on how quickly you want to get started and provide the information we need to prepare your account. For STARTER plans you can get started in as little as 10 minutes. For our other plans we can have your training ready in as little as 48 hours.
Do I need to install anything?
No. EasyLlama runs on any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera) on any device (desktop, tablet and mobile).
Does EasyLlama customize courses to meet my organization's needs?
Yes! On all of our plans, our design and support team will work with you to add to or edit the course to make it your own.
Can I add additional credits later?
Absolutely. You can add credits at any time directly from your client dashboard. For STARTER: purchase them at any time from your dashboard. For PRO plans: you will be billed at the end of every month for your usage past the credits included in the plan.
Do you offer a price-match guarantee?
EasyLlama prides itself on offering the best training and software at the best price. On a case-by-case basis and provided you have a quote from another vendor, we will match the price.
Can I buy one credit?
Unfortunately, we don't sell single training credits - the minimum purchase is 5 credits. The remaining credits can be used to assign any course we offer for 12 months after purchase.
Your prices are great, but how can I save even more money?
We're glad you asked. The pricing you see for our PRO plan is based on a 1-year commitment. If you're ready to commit for longer (and save more money), then please contact us to request custom plan pricing.
Is pricing different for employee and supervisor modules?
Absolutely not. Our competitive pricing is always the same whether you need to train employees or supervisors, regardless of the course duration (minimum 2 hours required in some states).
Do you offer a discount for non-profits?
Yes! We are happy to support non-profit organizations with a discount on their orders. Please contact us for more details.
