Katrine Reddin is a Senior Content and Community Marketing Manager at EasyLlama, where she helps HR and compliance professionals feel less alone in some of the hardest work in the workplace. She built and leads The Herd, EasyLlama's free customer community. Members join monthly virtual events like Herd Huddles, Lunch & Learns and product feedback sessions to connect with peers in similar roles, trade ideas and make compliance a little more enjoyable. She also hosts workshops and webinars for HR leaders on timely compliance and workplace topics, from using AI responsibly in HR to building a compliance program that runs itself. Behind the scenes, she writes guides, blog posts, newsletters and customer stories on compliance, HR and workplace training. Her focus is the same everywhere: give HR teams clear, practical resources and a community to lean on.
