What if my employee doesn't have an email address?

We do work with many organizations that have employees without an email address. No worries, you can add an employee in EasyLlama simply by adding their name, they will then be added in your EasyLlama account.

You can then assign a training course to them and it will automatically generate a unique link (URL) to their personal training. This link can be sent through any channel, including via email, text or Slack for example.

Our custom plans also include text message service (as well as email) if you prefer EasyLlama to send it to your employees.
