Are there separate anti-harassment courses for supervisors? How do I make sure they get the right training course?

There is a separate course for supervisors/managers covering their additional responsibilities to stop and prevent discrimination, harassment and retaliation. The managers’ course is longer than the employee version to incorporate the additional information. When you sign up, you will select “supervisor” or “employee” for each individual you enter to ensure our system assigns them the correct version of the course.
