I have employees in different states. Can I assign them different modules?

Yes. EasyLlama training licenses are universal to all of our courses. One license can be used to assign any one course to one employee. This includes state-specific, industry-specific, and role-specific courses, as well as Supervisor courses.

Will employees receive a certificate when they complete the course?

Yes. When a course is completed, a certificate with a unique ID and QR code is automatically generated. The learner will have an opportunity to download their certificate at the end of the course, and it will be available to you for download in your EasyLlama dashboard.

I have a list of our employees in an Excel sheet. Can I send it to you?

Yes. Our Support team would be happy to upload your list of employees to your EasyLlama dashboard. Please email support and attach the file. We’ll respond and let you know if we need further information or format changes prior to upload.

My organization doesn’t have an LMS (Learning Management System). Will EasyLlama work for me?

Absolutely. Our powerful and easy-to-use LMS is included for free. The LMS allows you to schedule, monitor, and report on your training in real-time, and includes the full backing of our Support Team.

How quickly can I get set up?

This will depend on how quickly you want to get started and how quickly you can provide the information we need to prepare your account. For STARTER plans you can get started in as little as 10 minutes. For our other plans we can have your training ready in as little as 48 hours.

Do I need to install anything?

EasyLlama training is launched directly through the learner’s browser; no install or download needed. Simply open the training in an up-to-date browser like Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari on your computer, phone, or tablet.

Can EasyLlama customize courses to meet my organization's needs?

Customization is available on Enterprise plans, and in some circumstances, PRO plans. Feel free to discuss your customization needs with your Account Executive during your free demo.

Are your courses available as SCORM files for our LMS?

SCORM files are available on PRO and Enterprise plans. Pricing is the same - one licenses per course, per employee. The file will automatically link back to your EasyLlama dashboard to keep track of license usage.

Can I add additional licenses later?

Absolutely. You can add licenses at any time directly from your client dashboard. For STARTER: purchase them at any time from your dashboard. For PRO plans: you will be billed at the end of every month for your usage past the licenses included in the plan, at your plan pricing.

Do you offer a price-match guarantee?

EasyLlama prides itself on offering the best training and software at the best price. Provided you share a quote from another vendor, for a comparable plan, we will match pricing on a case-by-case basis.

Can I buy one license?

Unfortunately, we don't sell single training licenses - the minimum purchase is 5 licenses on the Starter 5 annual plan. Any remaining licenses can be used to assign any course we offer for 12 months after purchase.

Your prices are great, but how can I save even more money?

We're glad you asked. The pricing you see for our PRO plan is based on a 1-year commitment. If you're ready to commit for multiple years (and save more money), please discuss this with your Account Executive during your free demo.

Is pricing different for employee and supervisor modules?

Absolutely not. Our competitive pricing is always the same whether you need to train employees or supervisors, regardless of the course duration (minimum 2 hours required in some states).

Do you offer a discount for non-profits?
